Thank you for so many special memories Dad. You are a wonderful example to me and always worked hard to care for Mum and I. I'm glad I got to share Sunderland's last win with you, even if it was Accrington Stanley! (Who are they?) We did so much together and you were always there with support and quiet guidance. I'll remember our holidays together and our times at home in Sunderland and in York. Walks on the coast, at the Lakes, Northumberland, the rubber ring in the sea at Bournemouth (held on top of the car each day by Nan and I!) and even nearly drowning you in Crowtree leisure centre on the water slide ‒ all are treasured memories. I'm grateful for all you've done for me, all the joy you have brought to my life and all the sacrifices you made for me working so hard when I was young. I'm grateful for you tolerating the hundreds of pictures I've taken of you. (I'll remember you by taking hundreds more of Mum.) I'm grateful for you welcoming Jules into our family. For all the karting, the bike rides, the phone calls, the visits and meals, I'm grateful for so much. I love you Dad. Always have and always will.
