Thank you for 51 years of marriage. I have so many happy memories of our life together. We met at a dance and we were still dancing last Tuesday, even if it was just wiggling your toes. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you always saw the best in things. You were always on hand to help me with my Mum, even when it was 12 o'clock at night when she was suffering. Mum and Dad always thought of you more as a son rather than son-in-law and they thought of Sue as another daughter. I have so many things I could thank you for – your generosity, your understanding, your care and even your presents. You once bought me exactly the same earrings and necklace twice over. When I told you you just said "well, I thought I liked them". I am sure you will still be around to guide me. I will certainly need it. I love and miss you. My heart is truly broken, but I am sure you will still be with me. I love you darling and always will. Thank you. xxxx
